London Rental Yield 2015 (first quater)

We have analysed the first quarter of 2015 for average rental prices vs average asking prices of properties found on Zoopla and Rightmore (basically 95% of the market share) and created the table below.


Hackney is still a great performer at 4.49%, as well as Newman which is the only London borough with Rental Yield over 5%.
